On July 31, the first plenary session of the 13th Yuanjiang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China was held, and Yang Zhiyong, Luo Bisheng, Hou Yaosen, Ding Xiaoming, Peng Daming, Gao Yingliang, Long Wangyu, Liu Huifeng, Zhou Jun, Fan Chunxia, and Xia Xin were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the 13th Yuanjiang Municipal Committee of the CPC Yuanjiang City; Yang Zhiyong was elected secretary of the Yuanjiang Municipal CPC Committee; and Luo Bisheng and Hou Yaosen were elected deputy secretaries of the Yuanjiang Municipal CPC Committee.
The first plenary meeting of the 13th Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuanjiang City of the Communist Party of China was also held on the morning of the same day, and Liu Huifeng was elected secretary of the 13th Discipline Inspection Commission of Yuanjiang City of the Communist Party of China.
