➤ Second, we must keep firmly in mind our duties and missions, and resolutely implement the political responsibility of the party to manage the armed forces. Together with the leading body of the party committee of the Municipal People's Armed Forces Department, we will grasp the work of managing the armed forces with a higher political position, a fuller mental state, and more practical ideas and measures; we will resolutely follow the deployment requirements of the Yiyang Municipal CPC Committee and the Party Committee of the Military Sub-district, rigidly implement the system of the party committee's meeting of the military, the military day, and the first secretary's debriefing, actively participate in military practice activities, and allocate strong cadres with specialized military cadres to earnestly enhance the effectiveness of the party's management of the armed forces in the new era.
