The Japan Broadcasting Association (NHK) has just reported that the police received an alarm that a man was wielding a knife in a train car in Chofu City, Tokyo at about 8 p.m. local time on the 31st. There was also information reported that the man also threw liquid and set fire to the subway. Police are investigating the incident.
