In this case, the plaintiff and the defendant were neighbors, the plaintiff's two entrusted agents and the two defendants were both over 70 years old, and although the defendant signed the summons normally, he said that he was old and refused to go to the Qingguang court for trial. Although the trial may be heard in absentia according to the law, considering that the parties are indeed older and the contradictions between the two parties are deeper, the on-site hearing is conducive to protecting the rights and interests of the parties and has reference significance for the handling of similar issues in the community. Therefore, the Qingguang court and the local street, neighborhood committee and judicial office jointly discussed the on-site trial, and finally decided to hold a trial in the community reading room of the original defendant's community.

Although the trial was conducted in the form of a mobile court, the collegial panel completed the trial in strict accordance with procedures and with high quality, and recorded the whole process, and conducted another on-site inspection after the trial.
After the trial, the judges of the collegial panel hold discussions with the judicial offices and neighborhood committee staff who observe the hearing, sort out and explain the legal relations in similar situations, and recommend that administrative measures and community work be given priority and judicial guarantees be adopted to solve similar problems based on the actual situation.
