Second, we must strengthen the control of traffic roadblocks, strictly implement 24-hour duty duty, strengthen the control of epidemic monitoring points at highway intersections and county boundary highways, and must strictly guard against death, so that not a car or a person is missed, and the barrier outside the prison is solidly guarded to ensure that nothing is lost. Third, we must comprehensively do a good job in internal non-proliferation work, strengthen social control, strictly implement grid management measures, strengthen prevention and control of key places such as restaurants, hotels, and shops, strengthen vehicle control, reduce personnel gathering, strictly control the flow of personnel, and reduce personnel going out.
