Subsequently, the teachers watched Professor Wang Qiang's lecture on "Focusing on Graded Reading of Picture Books" of Beijing Normal University, the requirements for students' English reading literacy in the standard curriculum standards, according to the cognitive development needs and language development levels of students at different ages, the teachers recommended each other with rich reading materials and genres, hoping to gradually develop students' reading strategies in daily teaching and make them develop good reading habits. At the same time, it is believed that graded reading currently lacks a scientific, systematic, and effective graded reading teaching method, and front-line English teachers should actively practice and build an English graded reading system that conforms to the law of primary school students' ability development.
