The meeting conscientiously implemented the deployment requirements of the Central Propaganda Department, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and other relevant departments, deliberated and adopted the "Charter of the Professional Ethics Construction Committee of Literary and Art Workers of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles (Draft)", the "Detailed Rules for the Work of the Office of the Professional Ethics Construction Committee of Literary and Art Workers of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles", and issued the "Joint Declaration on the Observance of Professional Ethics by Literary and Art Workers in Yunnan Province".

The Committee for the Construction of Professional Ethics of Literary and Art Workers of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles is a special institution of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles to strengthen the construction of professional ethics in the literary and art circles of the whole province and to promote the construction of the literary and artistic circles in Yunnan, and is composed of leading figures and outstanding representatives of various literary and art disciplines in the province, responsible persons of the provincial literary and artistic associations, responsible persons of relevant functional departments and offices of the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, outstanding representatives of new literary and art groups, and legal figures. At the meeting, Zong Yong Zhuoma, director of the committee, said that the committee will take a clear banner to promote the construction of professional ethics and style of literary and artistic workers in the province, establish and improve the ethical norms of the industry, standardize and lead the healthy development of the industry, effectively strengthen the professional ethics construction of literary and artistic workers in the province, improve the overall quality of the literary and artistic team in Yunnan, and make due contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the literary and artistic team and literary and artistic undertakings in Yunnan.
