In order to study and implement the "Hohhot Municipal Regulations on the Management of Domestic Waste Classification", further enhance residents' awareness of garbage classification standards, and create a good atmosphere for the whole society to participate in garbage classification, on September 13, the Tabpan community carried out a publicity activity on domestic garbage classification.
In the activity, community workers, volunteers, and party members distributed publicity materials such as "Hohhot Garbage Classification Instruction Manual" and garbage classification environmental protection bags to past residents and merchants along the street by setting up exhibition boards and posting garbage classification posters, and explained to residents face-to-face the classification categories, delivery methods and treatment methods of hazardous garbage, so that the majority of residents can fully understand the importance of garbage classification, improve residents' awareness, participation rate and delivery accuracy of garbage classification, and advocate residents to start from themselves. Start from the beginning and consciously participate in garbage sorting.
In this activity, a total of more than 450 copies of various publicity materials were distributed, so that residents had a deeper understanding of garbage classification, and improved the awareness rate and participation rate of garbage classification among residents. In the next step, the Tabpan community will continue to carry out garbage classification publicity activities, call on the masses to build a green and beautiful community, and achieve the reduction of garbage classification sources.
