Huang Huozao fully affirmed the achievements made by Jiangxi Airlines in recent years, and at the same time put forward five requirements for the next work of Jiangxi Airlines: First, to go steady and far-reaching, to ensure the company's continuous safety, firmly establish the concept of continuous safety and the awareness of safety red lines, compact safety responsibilities, and coordinate the operation of the "double fleet"; second, to aim high, pragmatically put forward the company's development direction, based on the overall situation of the development of aviation in Jiangxi Province, to have methods, ideas, dare to work hard, improve strategic planning, and put forward the quasi-development direction; the third is intensive cultivation. Explore the marketing strategy of stable profitability, focus on the marketing level of the main business, let the aircraft fly out, balance the overnight guarantee and safety hazards, and effectively combine the "short-term" to the "medium-term"; the fourth is to persevere, build a cost-leading state-owned airline, combine the concept of refined management, use new technology digital means, while doing a good job in cost control, improve the service quality level, and achieve accurate service; fifth, do a good job of overall planning, strive for the support of all parties, take the initiative, and strive for the support policies of the superior and relevant units in all aspects.
