Entries should be original works completed between 2019 and 2021, mainly around the twelve themes, divided into two categories: print and video. The first pure electric tugboat in China
Delivery commissioning
On August 16, the first pure electric tugboat in China, the "Yungang Electric Tow No. 1", which was independently built by Lianyungang Port, was delivered for trial operation. The ship adopts lithium iron phosphate battery pack as the power source, which can achieve the effect of 4,000 horsepower conventional tugboats, completely replace the traditional high-power fuel tugboats, achieve zero emissions of air pollutants, and fill the gap of domestic high-power green low-carbon ports as tugboats.

The total length of the tugboat is 35.5 meters, the width of the ship is 10 meters, the full load draft is 3.5 meters, the speed is not less than 13 knots, the working time is not less than 8 hours, the total power is designed at 5000 kWh, and the forward towing force is 48 tons. Through the high-voltage shore power system, the ship can be fully charged in 2 hours. It is estimated that the tugboat can save 300 tons of fuel oil per year and reduce carbon oxide emissions by about 900 tons.

It is reported that since the launch of the Internet road transport convenience civil service system, it has provided the "one network communication office" service for the annual integrity assessment of road transport drivers nationwide, the reissuance, renewal, change and cancellation of road freight driver qualification certificates, the reissuance, renewal and cancellation of road transport certificates for road freight vehicles, and the online annual review of ordinary freight vehicles. Up to now, the total number of pieces of the system is about 616,000 pieces, and the overall praise rate is 99.6%.
Recently, the Ministry of Transport revised and issued the "Guidelines for the Business Handling of the Internet Road Transport Convenience Civil Service System" and the supporting "Technical Requirements for the Construction and Application of the Internet Road Transport Convenience Civil Service System", adjusted and improved the specific business scope and content expression, further improved the level of online convenience service for road transport practitioners and operators, and promoted the "inter-provincial communication" of government services.
