Negative emotions go hand in hand with thyroid disease
When I was studying at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I listened to the lectures of my doctoral supervisor Huang Huang many times, and once he said when talking about the relationship between emotion and disease:
"People's negative emotions will accumulate in the body, especially on the thyroid gland."
We generally describe angry people, will say "red eyes and thick neck", which on the surface is a rhetoric, in fact, on the deeper level, it has medical basis - people who are often angry, the neck will indeed "swell, thick up", because there is an important immune organ of the human body: the thyroid gland.
Those negative emotions accumulate for five years, ten years, and the intolerable thyroid gland will find you to settle the account.
Mild range from hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules, and heavy thyroid cancer. Therefore, I found that people who come to see me for thyroid disease, whether online or offline, often experience high pressure, impatience, anxiety, depression and other emotions.
Ms. Jiang, 51, in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, is the result of years of accumulated emotions that have caused her to have thyroid nodules.
Ms. Jiang's anxious years

Thyroid nodules are detected
This kind of panic and fatigue experience is really uncomfortable, Ms. Jiang is worried that there is a heart problem, in August 2020, a person went to the First People's Hospital of Suqian City for examination.
After doing a Holter electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound, detecting blood pressure and blood routine indicators, and excluding myocardial ischemia, heart rate abnormalities, anemia, and hypotension, the doctor frowned and suggested that she go to the thyroid department to see.
In the thyroid department, the doctor did a thyroid test on her and found that her total serum T3 exceeded the normal person's total T3 by 1.6-3.0 nanomol/liter, so she was suspected of having hyperthyroidism, multiple thyroid nodular enlargement, or hyperthyroidism.
Doctors first palpat: the thyroid gland is hard and can reach multiple nodules of different sizes. For further confirmation, thyroid ultrasound was done, and the results showed: bilateral thyroid solid nodules: the maximum knot saving of the right lobe is 15 mm x 9 mm, and the maximum knot saving of the left leaf is 22 mm X 12 mm.
The negative emotions accumulated over the past seven or eight years have come to find Ms. Jiang to settle accounts after the autumn. Her heart suddenly fell into the cold abyss.
Ms. Jiang received TCM treatment
On September 20, 2020, Ms. Jiang connected my video, and a remote consultation thousands of miles apart began at the moment, thanks to the rapid development of mobile Internet technology.
Through inquiry, I learned that the patient Ms. Jiang had heart palpitations, upset, hot flashes, easy sweating, fatigue and fatigue, and poor night sleep.

After six months of continuous use of Zong's prescription, Ms. Jiang returned to the clinic, and the patient complained that her symptoms had improved, and there was no tenderness in the thyroid gland on palpation, the texture was soft, and the nodule could be reached.
On April 28, 2021, Ms. Jiang went to the First People's Hospital of Suqian City to review the thyroid ultrasound, compared with the ultrasound done in August 2020 eight months ago, the small nodule has disappeared, the largest nodule of the right lobe of the thyroid gland has also been reduced from the original 15mmx9mm to 8mmx4mm, and the largest nodule of the left leaf has been reduced from the original 22mmX12mm to 12mmX6mm.
They've all shrunk in half!
Ms. Jiang was very excited and quickly called me to inform me. On August 9, Ms. Jiang went to the hospital to do a color ultrasound review, and the results showed that the largest nodule in the right lobe of the thyroid gland was reduced from 8mmx4mm three months ago to 3mmx2mm, and the maximum nodule of the left lobe was reduced from 12mmX6mm three months ago to 5mmX2mm.
Shrunk by half again!
Ms. Jiang was almost cheering this time.
The drug is still being taken, and it should be in the near future that the two nodules will gradually shrink and eventually disappear without a trace.
This case inspires
In the previous case, for Ms. Jiang, a thyroid nodule patient in Rizhao, Shandong, I used a treatment method that protects the spleen and nourishes the spleen.

Blood stasis is a pathological factor in thyroid nodules, and psycho-emotional symptoms are common symptoms of thyroid nodules, both of which are closely related to the heart.
Specific to Ms. Jiang in this case, the patient's course of illness is long, the evidence is a mixture of false and real, it is actually a stasis of qi and blood, and the deficiency is the deficiency of the heart and yin, so it is necessary to take into account the nourishment of the heart and yin while living the blood.
Fangzhong angelica, Sichuan root, red peony, danshen nourish blood and activate blood for stasis;
Considering that the course of the disease is long and the nodules are relatively hard, the triangular curcuma and the mountain ci mushroom are used to enhance the strength of blood circulation and soft and firm knots;
