According to Agence France-Presse, on October 30, local time, an explosion occurred near the airport in Aden, the temporary capital of the Yemeni government, killing at least 12 civilians, the most serious explosion at Aden airport since December last year. Airport officials said a small truck near the airport suddenly exploded, filled with oil, and ignited a fire after the explosion. Security officials confirmed that at least 12 civilians were killed at the scene and many were seriously injured.
