Vinegar slip cabbage, the name does not sound foreign, but it is absolutely ok to eat, slightly sweet in the acid, very refreshing, good.
Eggplant is roasted with beans, the two ingredients are fried separately, the beans have a tiger skin color, and the eggplant becomes soft and sticky. After being stir-fried, it tastes fragrant in the oil and has a sweet taste.
Dry pot roast cauliflower, originally I thought to use pine cauliflower, but its practical is cauliflower (no problem, the name of the dish is roasted cauliflower [cover your face] [cover your face]), cauliflower becomes less crisp after heating, no pine cauliflower taste good, there is a watercress sauce or tempeh aroma, because it is a dry pot dish, so the oil is particularly much, the boss also put some alcohol balls to the bottom of the pot, eat to the end are hot, hahahahaha. Some of the celery in it are too old to bite.
The last dish is spicy stir-fried pickles, which must be very familiar to Shaanxi people, but outsiders may feel very strange and unaccustomed to eating. On this dish, Shaanxi people can eat four or five steamed buns [ya] [ya ya] [ya ya]
The main food is the oil pot helmet, this pot helmet I highly recommend, very crispy, very yummy!!
Overall, their dishes were reasonably priced and tasted good, and we spent a total of $90 (and 3 bottles of kiln).
