Daejeon established thirty-five studios of famous teachers

On November 30th, Daejeon County held a medal awarding ceremony for the "Famous Teacher Studio" for primary and secondary school kindergartens. There are 35 famous teacher studios established this time, covering the main subjects of primary and secondary school kindergartens such as Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, physical education, and mental health.

The master studio is located in the host's school, named after the host's name, and implements a tenure system, which is a cycle of 3 years. Each famous teacher studio is generally composed of 1 host, 10 members and 3 trainees, taking the teacher and apprentice as the main form of training, giving full play to the demonstration and leading role of famous teachers, and radiating to improve the professional level and comprehensive quality of teachers in the county, focusing on creating a group of local experts and educational masters, and accelerating the cultivation of a group of high-quality professional teachers with noble morality, exquisite business, reasonable structure and vitality.

The studio takes education and teaching as the center, through classroom diagnosis, problem research, special lectures and other activities, leading teachers to update the concept of education and teaching, improve the ability to control classroom teaching, be a good "bellwether" and "vanguard" in the main position of education and scientific research, and build the studio into a cradle for famous teachers, a base for teaching and research, a platform for communication and a center for radiation, and further improve the mechanism for cultivating teacher talents.

In order to better organize and coordinate the activities carried out by the famous teacher studio, the county has also selected a teaching and research staff for each famous teacher studio as the subject instructor or liaison of the famous teacher studio. At the same time, the Fujian Provincial Junior High School Language Discipline Ye Yuzhen Famous Teacher Studio, Fujian Province Lin Youchun Labor Model Studio, Fujian Province Xiao Yulin Labor Model Studio and Sanming City Chen Xianhua Famous Teacher Studio were also included in the unified management of the county level, innovative development measures, establish and improve the working mechanism, and give full play to their demonstration, leadership and radiation role.
