According to the public notice, the land area is about 1.6 hectares in the east to Central Avenue, south to the land boundary, west to the land boundary, and north to Shenliao Road.

The government of the Economic Development Zone applied to adjust the plot from Class II residential land (R2) to commercial land (B1), and planned to build commercial projects such as large shopping malls in the plot.

ZhongdeYuan D189 plot is strategically located, close to Central Avenue and Shenliao Road, and only one wall away from Shenyang University of Technology.

Rongxin Fortune Plaza is located on the northwest side of the intersection of Central Avenue and Shenliao Road, with a large overall volume, supermarkets, cinemas, food courts, hotels, etc. Although it was a working day when the author actually explored, the popularity of Rongxin Fortune Plaza was acceptable.
