First, L-shaped wall reinforcement:
1. (1) Shear wall reinforcement method for pulling screw, on both sides of the short shear wall, the pull screw is used for pull reinforcement.
2. (2) Shear wall reinforcement method for pulling screw, on the side and middle of the short shear wall, the pull screw is used for pull reinforcement.
3. (3) Shear wall reinforcement method for pulling screw, using the original shear wall support mold main keel steel pipe welding short section steel pipe, and then using the pull screw installation reinforcement.
4, (4) shear wall to pull screw reinforcement, in the L-shaped shear wall, the use of the main keel of another wall as a fixed point, the use of pull screw reinforcement.

Second, the reinforcement of the external wall:
1, the external wall must be set up oblique bracing, the arrangement spacing is 1.5m, the starting first distance from the wall is not more than 400mm, and the wire rope flower basket screw must be set up for pullback treatment to prevent the wall from deviating too much outward
2, the wall is longer than 4m of the wall should be arranged in accordance with the oblique support arrangement of the above figure, the starting first distance from the wall is not more than 400mm, in the third and fifth back lining to add oblique bracing to stabilize the wall
Third, the special parts of the wall reinforcement method:
1. Wall end reinforcement method 1 (such as the oval marking method in the left figure): the end is locked by steel pipe and right angle fastener, and the outside side after the lock is used to reinforce the pull screw
2, the end of the wall reinforcement method 2: if the distance from the first screw at the end of the wall (such as the tape measure in the figure above) is 100mm, the end only needs to be locked with steel pipes and right angle fasteners, and there is no need to reinforce the outermost side with pull bolts
3. The main keel reinforcement screw of the first and second steel pipes at the bottom of the wall must be reinforced with double nuts to prevent the phenomenon of nut loosening when concrete is pounded
Fourth, the reinforcement method of the beam:
1. The bottom of the beam must be provided with independent support, and the vertical support must be connected together with the steel pipe, and each beam bottom pole must be connected with the base frame of the plate on both sides;
2. The distance between the first independent support and the end of the beam shall not be greater than 300mm, and the beam bottom with a beam width greater than 400mm must be supported by double poles;
3. Support of ordinary beam side formwork: If the beam ≤ 500mm, the support method of the above figure is adopted, and the middle part is not used to reinforce the pull screw, and only the bottom is clamped step by step; the independent support of the beam bottom is set between the main keel at the bottom of the beam.
4. The beam ≥ 500mm side die support is used to support the above figure, and a pair of pull bolts (longitudinal (beam length) spacing ≤600mm, transverse (beam height) spacing ≤450mm) are reinforced in the middle, the secondary keel is wooden, and the main keel is a double steel pipe.
5. If the size of the bottom section of the beam is ≥ 400mm, the bottom support must be reinforced by the independent support of the double pole.
Fifth, the reinforcement of other parts:
1. The rear pouring belt of the main building must be set up with independent support when supporting the mold, and it is not allowed to be dismantled when the mold is disassembled
2. The underground garage rear pouring belt support system must be set up with vertical scissors support, and the bottom of the beam must be supported independently at the bottom by double poles
3. The spacing of the support pole in the column cap area of the underground garage is 600mm, and the crossbar step distance is 1.5m
4, in the column cap area needs to be set up oblique bracing, the spacing between the diagonal braces is 1.2m to set, the diagonal brace must be locked with fasteners and mold frames, the bottom must be supported on the concrete surface, and no suspension support is allowed
5. Concrete anti-kan support mold is strictly forbidden to use the wall-piercing screw with PVC sleeve for support mold, it is strictly forbidden to wear wire through the mold, and the screw with water-stop sheet is allowed to be used for direct injection template, and the height of the anti-kan support mold is set by 1cm according to the requirements of the drawing
