At the site of land leveling in Jiulizhuang Village, Hebei Town, Sun Kun spoke highly of the construction of high-standard farmland in Luobei County, stressing that the construction of high-standard farmland is a concrete action to implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, an important way to improve the comprehensive production capacity of grain, and an important measure to protect the "giant pandas in cultivated land." Sun Kun stressed that all departments should cooperate sincerely and cooperate with each other, seize the favorable opportunity of the current farmland water conservancy construction, scientifically organize construction, speed up the progress of the project, strengthen quality management, build a solid safety defense line, and ensure the orderly progress of the project. Sun Kun demanded that all townships and towns should closely integrate the construction of high-standard farmland with rural revitalization, focus on promoting the development of characteristic industries, vigorously create beautiful villages that are livable, suitable for agriculture, and combine agriculture and tourism, continuously expand the collective economic income of villages, promote the construction of ecological beautiful pastoral gardens, and empower rural revitalization.
It is understood that Luobei County's 2021 high-standard farmland financial subsidy project construction task is 155,300 mu, and Jiulizhuang Village is in the project area. Combined with the opportunity of the high-standard farmland construction project, the wasteland and bare land in the village were leveled, and 50 hectares of new cultivated land were added after leveling. The addition of cultivated land is an important measure to adhere to the red line of cultivated land, which is conducive to the balance of cultivated land occupation and compensation, which not only strengthens the rural collective economy and promotes farmers' income, but also provides land use indicators for the economic development of Luobei County.
