"Listen to the symphony, to the East" is the signature of the Shanghai Oriental Art Center, in the performance environment where the national door has not yet been fully opened, in the past two years, Dongyi has been inviting outstanding orchestras from all over the country to perform masterpieces here.

On the evening of October 28, under the leadership of Artistic Director and Principal Conductor Yang Yang, the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra took the stage to Dongyi, from German and Austrian famous songs to Russian classics, unfolding a colorful music map.
The concert, titled "The Night of the Night," featured three works, from Richard Strauss's Don Juan to Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 and Korsakov's The Night, all of which are familiar and tireless hits.
Don Juan was inspired by the poems of the Austrian poet Renauux, and at the time of his work, Richard Strauss was only 24 years old, but he had already shown a mature personal style.
Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 is known as one of the most beautiful piano concertos in the world, and is quite popular, being a high-frequency performance in concerts.
Korsakov's symphonic suite, Based on the Arabian mythological tale One Thousand and One Nights, is exotic and depicts a colorful Oriental dream.
At the scene, Yang Yang and the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra cooperated tacitly and were full of confidence. During the epidemic, this is also the second time that the two have joined forces to visit Dongyi after performing Beethoven's Fourth Symphony last year and the only violin concerto.
Founded in 2009, the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra is one of the orchestras with the fastest upward momentum and the highest level of performance in China. At the beginning of the establishment of the orchestra, half of them were returnees, and the musicians were very young, energetic, energetic and passionate.
Under the leadership of Yang Yang, the Hangzhou Philharmonic Orchestra started from a one-dollar ticket (popular concert), which changed the impression of Hangzhou people on classical music and also changed the city's classical music literacy.
Since 2009, Yang Yang has led the orchestra to complete several music seasons and appeared on stage at many European music festivals.
On the occasion of the tenth anniversary, the orchestra rehearsed ten Mahler's symphonies in one go, and invited five Chinese conductors and five foreign conductors to take over the baton, which became a hot topic in the classical music circle at that time - arranging ten Mahler in one season was rare at home or abroad.
