According to Fujian Daily, on October 30, the first phase of the Yantaishan Commercial Walking Block in Cangshan District of Fuzhou was opened, and the declaration of Yantaishan Historical Landscape District as a World Heritage Site officially began. In the next half a month, Yantaishan will hold a large-scale cultural festival of the International Arts Festival with the theme of "The Tide of All Nations".
In recent years, the local government has accelerated the protection, development and utilization of the cultural heritage of Yantaishan Historical Landscape Area, and strived to make Yantaishan a new business card of Fuzhou integrating culture and commerce.
The Yantaishan Commercial Walking Block, with a total volume of about 62,000 square meters, retains the historical texture of the "Museum of International Architecture", renovates and repairs the ancient houses and blocks, and forms a main street, double ring road, three groups of groups, and nine lanes walking space wandering pattern.
