On doing a good job in economic operation in the fourth quarter, Wang Zilian stressed:

We must make all-out efforts to do a good job in economic operation. Agriculture should do a good job in finishing the autumn harvest, storing and selling grain, and do a good job in animal husbandry production. Industry should make every effort to protect the whole vehicle and parts, focus on grasping the industrial enterprises and key industrial enterprises on the regulations, and help enterprises solve problems such as financing, factor guarantee, and market. Consumption should seize the key nodes, do a good job in promoting activities, and promote the heating up of the consumer market. In particular, we must make every effort to prepare for the new snow season, launch a number of distinctive tourism products, experience projects, ice and snow activities, and truly stimulate and release the enthusiasm of ice and snow consumption in the city.

We must make every effort to grasp the construction of the project. Projects under construction should rush the construction period and catch up with the progress, and form more physical quantities; projects that do not stop work in winter should do a good job of warming and sealing to ensure that the winter construction is constantly filed; completed projects should be accepted and put into production as soon as possible. While speeding up the promotion of existing projects, special debt projects should also pay close attention to the planning of next year's projects. The top leaders of the party and government in all localities should actively go out, track and promote the projects that have reached intentions and signed contracts since the beginning of the year, and land them as soon as possible, and strive to introduce a number of new projects and good projects to lay the foundation for next year's work.
