Over the past few days, the temperature has been rising steadily, and summer has arrived in full swing. If it were not for the suppression of the plum rain belt, Ningbo would have been controlled by subtropical high pressure, and the high temperature roasting mode would immediately go online.
In nature, however, rising temperatures mean that various insects and butterflies also usher in their carnival season. Recently, I walked around the mountains of Ningbo and met many indigenous butterfly species, captured them, and took photos to record their specimen characteristics, so that nature-loving friends can identify and identify.

According to the statistics of my field survey of butterfly resources in Ningbo for more than 30 years, a total of 215 butterfly species in 11 families have been found in Ningbo. Among them, there are 57 species in the family Butterfly, accounting for 26% of all species. Butterflies in the butterfly family are undoubtedly the most diverse family, followed by 42 species of the gray butterfly family, 41 species of the butterfly family, and the famous butterfly family has only 25 species, less than half of the species of the butterfly family. Even 2 species less than the 27 species of the ophthalmos, it can only be relegated to the position of the fifth oldest.
