Lisbon, September 30 (Xinhua) -- Portuguese men's football coach Santos announced the latest 24-man squad for the national team at the Portuguese Football City on the 30th, and three players from Manchester United and Manchester City were called up, including K. Ronaldo (C Ronaldo), who has recently been in hot form; Felis, who has just recovered from injury, has not been selected; and Nunes, who has recently obtained Portuguese citizenship, is expected to make his debut.
Portugal have a record of 4 wins and 1 draw in Group A of the World Cup preliminaries, leading Serbia by two points and finishing at the top of the group. The following international matchday will be followed by the Five Shields against Qatar in the south of Portugal on 9 October, followed by group stage rivals Luxembourg on 12 October.
