【Global Times comprehensive report】Fingers determine taste? Recently, Norwegian scientists conducted an interesting study: by observing the finger structure, it can be roughly inferred whether this person loves to eat "meat" or "vegetarian".
According to the British "Daily Mail" reported on February 1, not long ago, Agdell University in Norway found 216 male and female participants to try to observe their food preferences in a state of hunger. The results showed that people with similar lengths to the index finger and ring finger were generally "meat eaters", and they tended to choose high-calorie foods such as hamburgers, steaks, lobsters to fill their hunger, while also preferring to drink cola and high alcohol. Those with index fingers significantly longer than the ring finger were "vegetarian", choosing low-calorie foods such as salads and drinking sugar-free drinks.
According to the Daily Mail, the study is a good inspiration for merchants, who may be able to carry out "accurate promotions" based on the finger characteristics of target customers in the future. According to reports, in recent years, there have been many scientific experiments in the category of "looking at finger guessing characteristics", but it has also caused a lot of controversy, and some Twitter netizens said that this is basically "metaphysics".
