According to previous British media reports, Manchester City defender Mendy will face multiple charges, including multiple sexual assaults on women in his own home. Regarding Mendy's case, there had been a previous trial in which Mendy arrived in courtroom in a prison van escorted by the police.
Mendy's allegations include raping in his home in Prestable in October last year and having committed three rapes. Mendy is also accused of sexually assaulting a woman at home in January. In addition, Mendy was accused of raping another woman in his home in August this year, and Mendy was pointed out by the British judiciary that he did not comply with the conditions of bail in August.
In late July, Mendy was released, after which he violated bail. Mendy has been taken into custody and has been in prison for 7 weeks. Regarding Mendy's (3rd) bail application, at Chester Crown Court, Judge Thompson spent 50 minutes hearing Mendy's request. Mendy's request for bail was eventually denied. Mendy's detention was in Liverpool. Mendy's 4 rapes and 1 sexual assault have not yet entered the stage of court debate.
