The story begins with an Indian mythical fable that symbolizes the prosperity goddess of infinite gold and food, and the whole earth is her womb, the birth of the gods of heaven and earth. Her most cherished eldest son, Hasta, driven by her greedy character, stole all the gold when she was not paying attention, but was about to steal food when he was stopped by the gods and imprisoned.
The goddess of prosperity, out of love for her son, forgave his sins, but ordered that the world should no longer worship Hasta, leaving him gradually forgotten. However, greed exists in human nature, and how can it be easily cut off, and Hasta is continuously enshrined. But because of the lack of food, he was constantly hungry, and if people wanted to get the gold coins around his waist, they had to feed him first, lest they become his plate.
Against the backdrop of this myth, the film is played in the chronological sequence of three generations of a family, telling the evolutionary situation of greedy human nature. As a first-generation mother, when her son stole a gold coin, he thought that it was enough for his family to live a good life for a lifetime, which was quite a way to persuade the child to be content and happy.
In the second generation of the protagonist, gradually familiar with the mode of stealing gold coins, with solid flour into the shape of a human, in the moment of throwing to Hasta, seize the opportunity to take gold coins from the waist, so that the entire family is rich and prosperous.
Until the third generation, after the son tasted the sweetness for the first time, his ambitions also expanded endlessly, thinking that stealing a few gold coins at a time was too troublesome, simply carrying multiple bread people all the time, and in the process of continuous feeding, he bought more time, directly removed Hasta's belt, and there were unlimited gold coins. Unexpectedly, when the protagonist and his son went according to the plan, they found that Hasta was not only one at all, and in the case that the entire space was filled with Hasta's doppelganger, the protagonist used himself as bait to escort his son away from the scene in order to protect his son. In the end, despite obtaining the belt, the protagonist has become a living zombie, and the son is remorseful about it, and instead of undoing the belt that symbolizes greed and desire, he chooses to return to ethical care and send his father on the road with a fire, so that he can be relieved of all suffering...
In the overall review of this film, although the story is a bit old, it is actually quite novel, and the overall sound and light special effects and music also play a finishing effect, which is quite entertaining. Only such a simple plot took two hours to deduce, relatively in the tightness of the rhythm, it is relatively empty, as if it has been repeating similar plots, forming a sense of visual exhaustion.
