This year's class teacher seminar activities are divided into three steps, the first to carry out the fifth and sixth grade class teacher work seminar activities, followed by the third and fourth grade class teacher work seminar and the first and second grade class teacher work seminar activities. The main person in charge of the school, the head of the Moral Education Office and all the fifth and sixth grade class teachers attended the seminar.

The seminar was presided over by the head of the Moral Education Office. In the first item of the activity, the director of moral education led everyone to study the "Ten Guidelines for the Professional Behavior of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era", implement the spirit of the higher education documents, and deepen the construction of teacher ethics and teaching style. The second item of the activity, the exchange of experience of class teachers, excellent class teachers Hu Yanni, Jia Heping and Wang Chao combined their own education and teaching practices, using real and vivid typical examples, respectively, from the training of outstanding class cadres, senior students mental health, class routine management and other aspects of their successful experience, and shared their educational experience with everyone.
