After investigation, Zhang Jun violated the spirit of the eight provisions of the central government by accepting gifts, gift money, and shopping cards in violation of the law; he was suspected of accepting bribes.

Zhang Jun, as a political and legal cadre and policeman, has a weak sense of law and discipline, violates the law in law enforcement, asks for property from management service recipients, constitutes a violation of official duties, and is suspected of accepting bribes, the amount is huge, and he did not restrain or accept after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which is serious in nature and the circumstances are heinous, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, and upon study by the Yixian Supervision Commission and reporting to the Huangshan Municipal Supervision Commission for approval, the Huangshan Municipal Public Security Bureau gave Zhang Jun the sanction of dismissal from public office; confiscated his illegal and criminal gains; and transferred his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution in accordance with law.
