In order to resolutely win the battle of security and stability maintenance on the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, comprehensively carry out wartime political work, further understand and master the professional skills and qualities of the police in the sub-bureau, and solidly improve the law enforcement level and practical combat skills of the front-line police and auxiliary police, the Municipal Bureau organized the "Trinity" wartime grass-roots education activities. On September 11, our bureau actively organized more than 100 civilian police and auxiliary police, and divided into three working groups of ideology and politics, police actual combat, and psychological regiment auxiliary to carry out the "Trinity" wartime grassroots education activities.
On the morning of September 11, the Municipal Bureau's "Trinity" Wartime Ideological and Political Work Group held a forum on ideological and political work in the conference room of the Party Committee of the Fourth Floor Branch of our Bureau. Su Shuangli, chief of the Political Department of the Municipal Bureau, presided over the meeting, and the instructors of the various actual combat stations of the sub-bureau attended the meeting. Yao Wenjun, instructor of the Public Security Management Brigade, Fu Xiangyang, instructor of the Anti-Narcotics Brigade, Yang Yanwen, instructor of the Shajingyi Police Station, Fan Jun, instructor of the police station of the Development Zone, Zhu Hongjun, instructor of the Yintan Road Police Station, and Yang Guan, instructor of the Shilidian Police Station, exchanged views on the ideological and political work and contingent building of their own units. On the basis of fully understanding the ideological dynamics, experience in the management of the contingent, and existing difficulties in the current police and auxiliary police contingents in the sub-bureaus, the research group conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the methods and methods of ideological and political work in wartime and how to resolve the contradictions and difficulties that currently exist. On the afternoon of the same day, the first group of ideological and political work successively went deep into the Yintan Road police station and the Liujiapu police station to conduct a rich research and investigation activity, such as questionnaires and one-on-one heart-to-heart talks, and gave effective guidance to the wartime ideological and political work of the grass-roots units.
At the same time, the Second Working Group of the Municipal Bureau's "Trinity" Wartime Police Practical Combat Conduct Conduct conducted on-site teaching at the Huangyangtou Checkpoint in Huanlan, Our Bureau, conducted on-site teaching to the police and auxiliary police of the Anti-Terrorism SWAT Brigade of our Bureau. During the training, the police combat instructors carried out intensive training on the basic knowledge of vehicle seizure tactics, vehicle seizure tactics and skills of group combat units, and the defense and control of the investigation of attacked police situations. Through simulated scenes and interactive teaching, on-site answers and guidance of specific questions raised by the police participating in the training, the pertinence and practicality of the teaching have been enhanced, and it has a strong guiding effect on the police and auxiliary police to improve their awareness of actual combat and enhance their actual combat skills.
In the conference room on the ninth floor, the Third Working Group of the Municipal Bureau's "Trinity" Wartime Sending Education to Mental Health also carefully organized mental health group counseling activities. In the activity, the mental health full-time (part-time) instructor team led by the national second-level psychological counselor and the auxiliary instructor of the Psychological Regiment of the Municipal Police Academy taught the psychological counseling intervention, psychological stress relief and other mental health skills to the police and auxiliary police of our bureau through psychological micro-classrooms, psychological behavior training and on-site Q&A, etc. While popularizing mental health knowledge, it effectively alleviated the psychological pressure and negative fatigue of the police and auxiliary police of our bureau during the wartime, which not only enhanced the understanding and trust between everyone, but also enhanced the cohesion of the team. The centripetal force and combat effectiveness have laid a good foundation for ensuring that the overall people's police and auxiliary police can devote themselves to the security and stability maintenance work of Daqing with a fuller mental state.
The training policemen have said that the education and training model of "sending education to the door" has effectively improved the ability of the instructors of the grass-roots teams of our bureau to carry out ideological and political work in wartime, enhanced the psychological resistance ability of the people's police and auxiliary police, strengthened the ability of the people's police and auxiliary police to standardize law enforcement and emergency handling, and laid a solid foundation for ensuring the winning of the battle to win the battle of security and stability maintenance in Daqing, the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
