2020 is a very extraordinary year, we resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the central and provincial and municipal governments, focus on the high-quality construction and practice of the new development concept of China's aviation economic capital construction goals, turn challenges into opportunities, solve a number of problems that plague the development of Huangshui, do a number of practical things related to the people's livelihood, achieve the double victory of epidemic prevention and control and stable economic and social development in the township, and deliver satisfactory answers to the perfect conclusion of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".
In the whole year, the full-caliber industrial and commercial tax revenue was 481 million yuan, the total industrial output value of the regulation was 4.3 billion yuan, and the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents reached 47322 yuan and 31670 yuan respectively. Key projects such as Chengdu Core Valley, China Electricity Branch, and Panda International Home have been accelerated, accumulating strong momentum for the future development of Huangshui. Vigorously develop characteristic industries, take multiple measures to strengthen the collective economic strength, and successfully create a provincial rural revitalization demonstration town. Deeply promote community development governance, carry out high-quality volunteer service activities such as chess gathering yellow water and sharing vegetable fields, and Yunhua and Nanliu communities have been rated as municipal demonstration communities. Through the creation of ecological, industrial, service and other scenarios, the practice of community construction in the innovation park was invited to participate in the 2020 Global Urban Forum and make exchange speeches. Do a solid job of ensuring people's livelihood, complete the creation of 7651 new jobs in cities and towns, and distribute more than 3.58 million yuan of various types of security funds to the people in need. Carried out 229 cultural activities of various kinds, helping Shuangliu District to successfully create a "chess national hometown". Implement the concept of park city, demolish 332,000 square meters of illegal construction, add 78,000 square meters of greenery, and the penetration rate of rural sanitary toilets has reached 100%. We have vigorously grasped the construction of safety, and there have been no major safety accidents throughout the year, and the society in the town has maintained harmony and stability.
