Zhao Xianfeng, an expert of Chaoyang Ganghua Gas Co., Ltd., made a special training on the investigation of gas safety hazards, and explained in detail the relevant standards and specifications for the safe use of gas.
After the training meeting, the relevant responsible comrades of the Lingyuan Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau arranged and deployed in combination with the city's gas safety production work. All relevant departments and users are required to deeply learn the lessons of the gas explosion accident in Shenyang and Dalian, further strengthen the control of urban gas safety risks in Lingyuan City, closely focus on the deployment of provincial and municipal work, and combine the current situation of urban gas safety in Lingyuan City to ensure that no gas safety accidents occur in the city. At the same time, it is proposed that from October 27 to February 1, 2022, the "100-day offensive action" of urban gas inspection and rectification will be carried out throughout the city. The supervision and guidance group is required to take the form of consulting materials, spot checks, joint inspections, etc. to inspect the implementation of the work on the spot, promptly rectify the hidden dangers found, resolutely eliminate the hidden dangers, and strictly prevent accidents.
