On behalf of Zhu Ri and all the officers and men of the joint training base, Zhang Leifeng expressed his gratitude to the Wulanchabu Municipal CPC Committee and government for their concern and the full assistance of the local people. He said: Wulanchabu City has embodied its true support for the army in stressing politics, winning wars, daring to dedicate, and sending warmth, and has done a great deal of down-to-earth work to consolidate national defense, strengthen army building, and promote the construction of Zhurihe training bases. It is hoped that the military and the localities will, in accordance with the military-civilian integration development strategy, jointly create a model of double support and joint construction in the new era, be a good model for military and civilian families in the new era, jointly build a trust fortress that is emotionally indestructible, a united front that promotes each other's construction in work, and a harmonious atmosphere in which they live together, so as to realize the dream of a strong country and a strong army.
Su He said that the leapfrog development of Wulanchabu is inseparable from the care and support of Zhu Rihe and the joint training base.
