Recently, the Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission disclosed the 2019 annual salary information of the heads of 24 provincial enterprises in Shandong. Let's take a look at the heads of several familiar businesses and how much they get paid each year.

Chen Yumin, chairman of Shandong Gold Group, these three data are 799,200 yuan, 79,520 yuan and 293,150 yuan, respectively.
Wang Weizhong of Shandong Airport Group, the three figures are 661,600 yuan, 176,300 yuan and 172,900 yuan, respectively.
Li Xiyong, currently the chairman of Shandong Energy Group, was the chairman of Yankuang Group in 2019, and the three figures were 808,800 yuan, 82,600 yuan and 301,600 yuan, respectively.
It can be seen that the salary of the chairman of the provincial enterprise is mostly about 800,000 or 900,000.
There are some heads of enterprises, the number seems to be relatively low, such as Shandong Land Development Group Chairman Zhan Baowei, payable remuneration of 234,600 yuan, social security, provident fund, etc. 54,800 yuan; Shandong Port Group Chairman Huo Gaoyuan, payable 318,900 yuan, social security, provident fund, etc. 56,100 yuan; Shandong Guohui Investment Co., Ltd. But a closer look reveals that their tenure in 2019 is not a full year. For example, Zhan Baowei has been the chairman of Shandong Land Development Group since August 2019, Yin Peng of Shandong Guohui Investment Co., Ltd. is in September of that year, and Huo Gaoyuan has been the chairman of Shandong Port Group since July of that year.

It can be seen that compared with 2018, their salaries in 2019 are rising, and the increase is different.
Gao Honglei of Lushang Group only served as the chairman of Lushang Group in June 2018, and his salary in that year was 373,900 yuan.

Judging from the disclosed salaries, the salaries of the heads of different provincial enterprises have some differences. At the same time, the enterprises they manage also have differences in scale and profitability.
According to the list of the top 500 Chinese enterprises in 2020, Shandong Energy Group is the largest enterprise in Shandong, followed by Yankuang Group, with operating income of 358.5 billion yuan and 285.5 billion yuan respectively. In July 2020, Shandong Energy Group merged with Yankuang Group to form the new Shandong Energy Group.
In 2019, before the merger of the two enterprises, Li Xiyong served as the chairman of Yankuang Group, and after the merger, he served as the chairman of the new Shandong Energy Group. At that time, the chairman of Shandong Energy Group was Li Weimin, and his salary and incentive income payable were the same as Li Xiyong, and social security, provident fund, etc. were higher, about 160,000 yuan.
In addition, the operating income of Shandong Iron and Steel Group in 2019 was 191.7 billion yuan; Shandong Gold was 76.8 billion yuan; and Shandong Commercial Group was 42 billion yuan.
Different provincial enterprises have different functions, can not be heroic in terms of scale, and their profitability is also different.
In 2019, among the provincial management enterprises, the highest profit was Shandong Heavy Industry Group, which achieved a total net profit of 11.807 billion yuan in that year; the second and third places were Yankuang Group and Shandong Energy Group, with 8.945 billion yuan and 7.920 billion yuan respectively.
In that year, the operating income of Shandong Heavy Industry Group was 200.015 billion yuan, the total operating income was 398 billion yuan, and the total revenue in 2020 exceeded 500 billion yuan.
The chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group is Tan Xuguang, whose total salary in 2018 was 851,900 yuan.
