Filming for the film was originally made in Vancouver, but has moved to Hawaii in recent weeks to complete the film's final set. Production of the sequel began as early as March, which means it took just over three months to shoot.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is currently scheduled to be released on April 8, 2022, when we'll see performances by stars like Ben Schwartz, James Madden, and Kim Carey. More information about the film is still not public.
