The airport toll station is the main node of the Qingyin Expressway under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Transportation Development Group, and is an important traffic port for entering and leaving Qingdao Liuting Airport. On August 12, 2021, Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport was transferred to operation, and Qingdao Liuting Airport was closed accordingly. At present, as a supporting project of Jiaodong International Airport, the toll station of Qingdao New Airport Expressway Jiaodong Airport has been operating normally, becoming the main highway passage in and out of Jiaodong International Airport.
