In the face of the sudden epidemic, in order to effectively control the risk of the spread of the epidemic caused by the flow of vehicles and people, the city's work headquarters in response to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic issued an announcement (announcement on the implementation of the strictest and most accurate control measures in Suihua Urban Area), strictly implemented vehicle control measures, and all motor vehicles and electric vehicles in the urban and rural areas of Suihua City and Suihua Economic Development Zone are prohibited from passing on the road. Vehicles participating in epidemic prevention and control, medical rescue, emergency rescue, and transporting production and living materials are allowed to pass by the prescribed route and time with vehicle passes or special certification documents issued by the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Suihua City, Beilin District, and Suihua Economic Development Zone.
