First, there is 1 core demonstration film for green prevention and control of rice diseases and insects, with a demonstration area of 500 mu and a radiation area of not less than 10,000 mu. The subsidy is 45,000 yuan (self-financing 20,000 yuan, a total of 65,000 yuan).

2. Subsidy recipients. The subsidy targets are service organizations for specialized unified prevention and control of crop diseases and pests, including county-level farmers' professional cooperative demonstrations and agricultural service companies.

3. Subsidy standards. The implementation of specialized unified prevention and control of crop diseases and insect pests contracts paid services subsidies of 10 yuan per mu, and the whole process of contracting rice or corn pests and diseases is calculated according to 3 mu and 30 yuan.

4. 1. Do a good job of summarizing work and reporting materials

2. The allocation of funds for this project adopts the method of "first build and then make up". In the implementation of the project, the procurement of the drug core of the grassland night moth trap and the purchase of insecticidal lamps, pesticides and traps used in the rice green prevention and control demonstration film must implement government procurement procedures, and the project finance shall be managed by special accounts.

5. Declaration Procedures

1. The agricultural business entity that meets the declaration requirements shall apply to the county agricultural and rural bureau according to this declaration guide, and the reporting unit shall ensure the authenticity of the materials and shall not deceive the project by means of false declaration, forgery or other means.

2. The county agricultural and rural bureau organizes relevant agricultural experts to conduct a comprehensive review of the project declaration materials in accordance with the requirements of the relevant documents of the provincial department and in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and justice, screening and comparison, selecting the best options, determining the object of the project to be implemented, and announcing it online in Ninghua, and if there is no objection at the end of the publicity period, the main body and implementation content of the project are determined in the writing.

3. After the completion of the project construction, the project implementation undertaking unit submits an acceptance application to the county agricultural and rural bureau, and the county agricultural and rural bureau organizes the project acceptance according to the requirements of the superior, and after the acceptance is qualified and the Ninghua county government website is publicized without objection, the fund allocation procedures are performed.
