In 1970, Qian Jicheng fell to the ground in an ordinary family in Bengbu, Anhui Province. In 1987, when he saw "Bodybuilding and Beauty" magazine in a classmate, he was attracted by the styling photos of the world's bodybuilding stars inside, and since then he has fallen in love with bodybuilding. In 1990, 20-year-old Qian Jicheng graduated from the secondary school of Anhui Machinery Industry School. After graduating from school, Qian Jicheng did not choose the job assigned by the school, but because of his deepest love, he began full-time bodybuilding training and teaching.
In 1991, Qian Jicheng and his friends cobbled together more than 8,000 yuan to open a gym, but due to lack of business experience, in April 1994, the gym ended in failure. But he did not accept defeat and came to Hainan alone with a crazy love for bodybuilding to work as a fitness instructor in the gym of a hotel in Sanya.
Qian Jicheng, who first arrived in Sanya, was full of enthusiasm, but when he saw several towering rotten buildings, he did not have a sense of special zone, and his heart was very lost, but in this lonely soil, Qian Jicheng never thought of giving up, pillowing on the beach, looking up at the stars, just like this, rooted in Sanya, step by step towards the dream.
Working in the gym, Qian Jicheng constantly touched his dreams and met his own love. However, with the birth of her son Babe on September 10, 1995, the already poor family was suddenly in a difficult situation.
So, in 1998, Qian Jicheng participated in the National Bodybuilding Championships with the financial support of friends and won the 60 kg championship in one fell swoop. Since then, Qian Jicheng has been out of control and has repeatedly won large-scale bodybuilding competitions in the country. In August 2005, Qian Jicheng won the 60 kg bodybuilding championship at the 59th World Championships, which also brought Qian Jicheng's bodybuilding career to a peak, and media reports flooded the air, and since then his reputation has become famous.
Subsequently, with the full support of friends and family, Qian Jicheng realized his original dream of coming to Sanya - to have his own bodybuilding and fitness club. At the same time, Qian Jicheng's bodybuilding and fitness career is in full swing, and at 9:21 p.m. on December 8, 2006, in the anxious waiting of the whole family, Qian Jicheng lived up to expectations at the Doha Asian Games and won the championship in one fell swoop.
In the 2008 Olympic Games, as China's first bodybuilding world champion, he passed the Beijing Olympic flame at this station in Sanya, he said that with a higher, faster and stronger Olympic spirit, the healthy physique of Chinese should be displayed as a bodybuilding world champion, and he wanted to show the healthy, lively and upward style of the Chinese torchbearer.
