Most of the flashlights in Lei Ming Rabbit's family are playing tubes, such as the FW series, which are petite and have a lot of tricks, and it is appropriate to use them as EDCs. Recently, they have just produced an FW4X, the main selling point is the variable adjustable color temperature, compared to the player can only choose one color temperature when the player electricity. The adjustable range of FW4X is from 3000K to 6500K, covering a variety of color temperatures such as warm white, medium white, positive white, and cool white, which fully meets the different needs of users in various scenarios. The packaging of this flashlight is no longer cowhide yellow, but has been changed to a white paper box, and there is no product seal in the middle except for the large LOGO.
After the disassembly of accessories in addition to the flashlight body and each piece of paper, there are two sealed O-type rubber rings, a diffuser with luminous light, and the flashlight with 18650 batteries can be directly entered into the single cylinder. Of course, as with the requirements of the FW3X, the battery with the protective plate is not usable, and its maximum length cannot exceed 66mm. I am paired with Samsung's 30Q, just right.
Looking directly at the flashlight, the appearance of the FW4X is the same size as the previous FW4A. In terms of detail design, it is also in line with the FW3X that was started earlier, which can be said to be a family-style unified style. The specific size is 92.5 *28.7*21.8mm, hold it in your hand, just a squeeze. The stainless steel clip in the center can be easily clipped to the pocket pocket pocket and even the strap. The hole in the middle of the grip is also convenient to wear the hand rope, wear it on the wrist, and it is not easy to fall off.
The top tail end is the same stainless steel electronic switch, the Lumintop "little bunny" LOGO on it is still very cute, because it is concave design, the handstand is completely problem-free. The switch is crisp and easy to click, and when placed in the trouser pocket, you can twist the tail cover or lock it with four combos.
The barrel shell of the flashlight is made of hard-coated anodized aluminum alloy, which is light and leathery. The simple design of the slight cyan color is also very attractive.
Compared to the black barrel color of the FW3X, individuals still prefer the FW4X. The length is not much different, there are diamond-shaped knurls at both ends of the barrel, which is just enough friction with the fingers when holding, and the friends who love to sweat in the palms will not easily slip it off. The "waist", treatment in the middle of the cylinder has also made some changes in the barrel, so as not to appear too dull.
Unlike the FW3X, the FW4X has a larger barrel head. The weight of the barrel is 65 grams (under the empty barrel), and it will not be a burden to go light.
The workmanship of the flashlight is as good as ever, and it is very comfortable to hold in the hand. The waterproof rating of the barrel is IPX8, and the outdoor rain is not afraid of the highest level.

In addition, the flashlight itself has temperature control and lithium battery protection, when the temperature is too high (55 degrees) will automatically downshift, and when the lithium battery is lower than 3.2V, it will also automatically reduce the brightness to extend the use time (less than 2.9V automatic shutdown, in case the battery over-discharge).
A closer look at the lamp head will find that the flashlight uses two sets of LED lamp beads, composed of 2 XPL HI of Corey and 2 LED beads of Riya 219C, with TIP optical lenses, when adjusting the color temperature in five levels, the two groups are transformed and strengthened. Among them, the maximum brightness at 4000K-5000K is 3150 lumens. At 3000K and 6500K, because it is a group of two in the light, the maximum brightness is 1700 LM and 2250 LM, respectively.
In terms of circuit control, the FW4X does not use the Anduril UI. Its operation logic is clear and easy to use, short press to start, and then press it to switch different gears, long press to shut down; need to view the power can be three hits; the same shutdown state double-click can enter the color temperature mode, can be in 3000K / 4000K / 4500K / 5000K / 6500K five levels of color temperature cycle switching, double-click again to select; if you need to adjust the infinity, long press the switch until you are satisfied with the color temperature and then release it.
As a color-temperature-changing EDC flashlight, the FW4X has a maximum luminous flux of 3150 lumens, a light intensity of 15625CD, and a maximum range of 250 meters. The flood area is large, the paving effect is very good, the light is uniform and comfortable, and the surrounding view is wide. The angle of lighting is about 160 degrees, and the following is the specific performance of the maximum brightness of different color temperatures:
3000K warm white light will have a certain reddish phenomenon, its maximum brightness is 1700LM, which is the lowest of all color temperatures. Its light color will appear dim, a bit like the old-fashioned incandescent light bulbs of the past, and the object will show a warm sense of nostalgia. However, although the color temperature of warm light is low, it is more penetrating and easier to deal with in rain and fog weather.
4000-4500K belongs to the natural white, its white with yellow, closer to natural light, this color temperature is the most comfortable for the human eye, suitable for use in sunny days.
5000K is white, the brightness is not dazzling, the color rendering is very good, and it is very good to use in most occasions.
The cool white light emitted at 6500K color temperature gives people the brightest feeling, its color is cold blue (white with blue), although bright but not suitable for long-term gaze, long-range effect is good, suitable for outdoor adventures.
The flashlight has a total of five gears, in addition to the low/ medium / high three gears of the regular file (with gear memory), there is another extremely bright and energy-saving for hidden gear, the way to enter is also very simple, the former double-click in the boot state, the latter in the shutdown state long press 1 second. After a few familiarizations, it is easy to get started. The FW4X brightness is evenly distributed, and the area covered by the flare is also large.
The picture shows the effect of the abandoned site being lit up instantly, which shows that the paving effect of the FW4X is still quite good under the large flood light.
