On October 27, Han Yonggang, general manager of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, held talks with Chang Qing, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Jiangsu Railway Group, and Ding Jianqi, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee, and his party held talks in Nanjing, and the two sides held in-depth discussions and exchanges on promoting the development of railway construction and development in Jiangsu Province.

At the symposium, Han Yonggang briefly introduced the overall situation, development direction, strategic layout and project construction in Jiangsu Province of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, and fully expressed his willingness to deeply participate in the construction of railway and other infrastructure in Jiangsu Province. He said that while doing a good job in the projects under construction in Jiangsu Province, the Fourth Bureau of China Railway will continue to increase in-depth cooperation with Jiangsu Railway Group, and actively expand the business of urban station integration, land first-level development, maintenance and operation of existing lines.
Ding Jianqi welcomed the arrival of Han Yonggang and his party and thanked the Fourth Bureau of China Railway for its long-term contributions to the construction of railways in Jiangsu Province. He pointed out that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Jiangsu Province plans to add about 1,000 kilometers of high-speed rail, complete an investment of about 200 billion yuan, and basically build "Jiangsu on the track". He said that the Fourth Bureau of China Railway is a benchmark enterprise in the railway industry, and hopes that the two sides will further strengthen docking and exchanges on the basis of solid cooperation in the early stage, and create a good situation of win-win cooperation in order to build a "Jiangsu on the track".
