After completing the nucleic acid test, the tourist went to Xiamen on his own.
Quanzhou Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism said that in response to the above video, the bureau and relevant departments organized personnel to verify it at the first time.
After investigation, the video publisher Lu Mou and his mother signed up for an international travel agency in Shandong to participate in a five-day tour group of Xiamen Quanzhou Double Flying, and a local contact agency In Xiamen international travel agency provided tourism reception services in Xiamen and Quanzhou. On October 28, an international travel agency in Xiamen arranged for Cai Mou, a driver of an online ride-hailing company in Xiamen (the "tour guide" referred to in the online video), to be responsible for the pick-up and drop-off service between Lu and his mother Quanzhou's travel itinerary.

Cai is worried that the follow-up itinerary of other guests will be affected by the verification of the itinerary code of a certain road, and it is recommended that the nearest nucleic acid test be carried out immediately according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and there is a dispute with Lu for this reason. During the dispute, Lu videotaped some of Cai's words. Subsequently, Cai drove Lu to the First Hospital of Quanzhou City for nucleic acid testing. Lu mou went to Xiamen on his own after completing the nucleic acid test. At 17:02 on the same day, Lu posted the video he had taken to the network platform.
