The pathogenesis of melasma is complex, there are many influencing factors, there is no unified standard for the differential classification of melasma, and the treatment methods are also different. Chinese medicine believes that the onset of melasma is related to the dysfunction of the liver, spleen and kidneys, and the kidneys are the most critical, so the treatment should regulate the functions of the liver, spleen and kidneys, especially the kidneys, accompanied by liver relief, blood moisturizing.
