"It can be clearly felt that the fertility willingness of the post-70s generation is very strong. And they also have an economic base. "Since the opening of the three-child policy, most of the couples who come to the Reproductive Medicine Department to consult the three-child child are couples who already have two boys or two girls who want to have children of different genders. In addition, there has been a marked increase in the number of public officials consulting.
Deng Weifen admitted that the post-70s generation has passed the best fertility period, and has more than enough and insufficient strength for the third child. The post-80s generation is mostly subject to economic ability and wants to be born but dare not. The concept of the post-90s generation itself is not the same, most of the post-90s are only children themselves, and there is not too strong willingness to have more children. "My son is a post-90s generation, he said that he can have two children at most, so I don't think about it." Deng Weifen believes that in order to change the concept of fertility of the younger generation, it is also necessary for the state to support more measures to encourage fertility. "Completely liberalizing fertility is definitely the big trend. There will still be many problems in an aging society that is not rich before it is old. And the average life expectancy of people is constantly getting longer, and if fertility is not encouraged, the burden on the country in the future will be very heavy. ”
Give birth to a baby early
Deng Weifen believes that if you want to have a second or third child, you must plan in advance. "What age to do anything, the matter of childbearing can not wait." Deng Weifen told reporters that after the release of the second child, the Department of Reproductive Medicine received many elderly women, but no matter which assisted reproductive means used by elderly women, the success rate was much lower than that of young couples. She introduced that the best childbearing age for women is 35 years old. "Pregnancies over the age of 35 are advanced mothers, and the miscarriage rate is multiplied. For women aged 36-40 who do IVF, the miscarriage rate is about 20% (less than 10% of those under 35 years of age). Over the age of 40, only 20% of fetuses can conceive and give birth to live births. "In addition, 80% of advanced women over the age of 40 are metabolic abnormalities, in addition to the difficulty of losing weight, the probability of gestational diabetes and hypertension is also greatly increased."

Most of the couples who come to the reproductive medicine department for help have already suffered from childbearing. A 30-year-old woman, due to the lack of uterine clearance after pregnancy miscarriage, caused the adhesions of the uterine cavity, menstruation has been inaccurate. Over the years, the patient sought medical treatment everywhere, and the test tube was done several times without success.
