Recently, former Beijing Guoan coach Schmidt and his assistant Johen Wolfe published a new book called "Roger Schmidt – das Buch eines Trainers", which introduced his experience and experience in daily training and coaching team training and competitions, and talked about his career planning.
The book, which began when Schmidt joined Guoan in July 2017, reveals some of the inside stories of his time at guoan, such as (sudden) transfers, conversations with players and club owners, and details of his daily work. The book is priced at 22 euros and only a German version is published for the time being.
