It is understood that the project adopts the most advanced tower distillation, three-pot tandem distillation, traditional pot distillation three kinds of distillation equipment, and will produce 1200 tons of brandy-based wine per year after being officially put into production.
Three kinds of distillation equipment run at the same time, which can not only produce grape distilled wine with different alcohol levels, but also improve the characteristics and quality of brandy foundation wine through different process equipment, gradually form a unique technical route and standard of the wine region in the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain, meet the diversified and personalized needs of the grape distilled wine market, and continue to promote the consumption concept of high alcohol consumption groups from traditional liquor to grape distilled wine.
The relevant person in charge of Ningxia Nongken Group said that the smooth commissioning of the project will fill the gap in the distilled wine series products in Ningxia wine production area, continuously meet the increasingly diversified and personalized needs of wine consumption, and can distill nearly 20,000 tons of grape stock solution and produce 1,200 tons of brandy base wine per year, which is the most complete configuration of distillation equipment in China at present, and it is also the largest single scale in the northwest and the first brandy base wine production base in Ningxia. The project is based on the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which can not only provide various distilled wine processing, production, storage, filling and other services for wineries in the production area, but also save development momentum for various wineries in the production area to explore the development of new products and open up new markets.
In the next step, Ningxia Nongken will give full play to the advantages of resources, build a 100-mile industrial corridor of Ningxia Nongken Grape and Wine Industry, lead the development of the national grape and wine industry development comprehensive pilot zone; implement the grape and grape seed deep processing and wine distillation concentrate treatment project, promote the initial processing of agricultural products to deep processing, realize dry squeezing, clean production, and comprehensive utilization of waste, and will be committed to creating a set of detoxified grape seedling breeding, high-quality grape planting, wine and by-product processing, Wine culture tourism as one of the whole industry chain cluster.
