<b>One ascites</b>
Pathogen: Edwardian bacteria
Manifestations: The abdomen of the diseased fish is raised, and after opening the abdominal cavity, a large amount of colorless or yellowish liquid is found in the stomach and intestines or abdominal cavity, the anus is red and swollen, and the spleen and kidneys are sometimes enlarged.
Consequences: Ascites is a common disease that can easily lead to mass death.
Treatment: When the sick fish is still able to feed, antibiotic bait can be fed, such as a mixture of oxalic acid, 3-5 g / kg feed, 4-5 days for a course of treatment. If the diseased fish is seriously ill and the feeding power is weak, it is treated with a 15-20g/cubic water body medicinal bath of 15-20g/cube for more than 2 hours, once a day, and treated continuously for 3 days, supplemented by medicinal bait.
<b>II Enteritis</b>
Pathogens: Vibrio and Vibrio lysozycete Pathogenic bacteria multiply in the intestine, causing inflammation of the digestive tract and leading to lesions.
Manifestations: the body of the sick fish darkens, the abdomen is concave; spit out after not eating or swallowing; white stool can be seen flowing out of the anus when squeezing the abdomen, sometimes the anus is dragged with viscous yellow-white feces, and yellow-white strips are often found at the bottom of the pool when the disease occurs. After dissection of the diseased fish, the intestinal wall can be inflamed, there are a large number of rare or thick yellow-white substances inside; the bile is thin and light green, the liver is obviously hyperemic, and the entire internal organ mass is atrophied.
Consequences: The infection rate and mortality rate of the disease are high, which can cause long-term chronic death, and it is often complicated with ascites disease in aquaculture production.
Treatment: (1) Oral treatment can be carried out with allicin 5 g + sulfadimethidine 5 g / kg feed. (2) It can be treated with oral and medicinal baths such as loxaquinic acid, oxytetracycline, enroicide, etc., with an oral amount of 3 to 5 grams/ kg of feed, continuous feeding for 5 to 7 days; if it is more serious, it should be combined with medicinal bath treatment, continuous medicinal bath for 3 days, once a day, each time for more than 2-3 hours.
