Out of Fushan Village came a founding general named Zhang Chiming. He joined the Red Army in 1932 and successively served as the secretary of the Red Twenty-fifth Army, the acting chief of the operations section of the headquarters of the Red Fifteenth Army, the chief of the operations section of the 344th Brigade of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army, the director of the Political Department of the 8th Brigade of the 3rd Division of the New Fourth Army and the director of the Political Department of the Yanfu Military Subdistrict, and the political commissar of the 43rd Army of the 4th Field Army. Chinese Dean of the Logistics College of the People's Liberation Army, Deputy Director and Political Commissar of the General Logistics Department, and Political Commissar of the Artillery Corps. In September 1955, Zhang Chiming was awarded the rank of lieutenant general at the age of 38, becoming the youngest founding lieutenant general.
It was the former residence of the general and is now well preserved.
