Born in Fengjiawan Village, Daheta Township, Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, Wang Xiaoni graduated from Yan'an Lu Xun Art School in 2005 majoring in dance, worked in The Ansai County Folk Art Troupe in 2006, and was hired as a soloist at beijing Opera and Dance Theater in October 2012.
