LOS ANGELES, August 17, 2021 – Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc., a global shared intelligent mobility ecosystem based in California, U.S. ("FF") (NASDAQ transaction code: FFIE) announced today that Brian Krolicki, a member of the FF Board of Directors, has been formally appointed Chairman of the FF Board. FF's newly formed nine-member board of directors was completed on July 21 with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. ("PSAC") was formed after the merger transaction.
FF's shares are currently traded on the NASDAQ exchange under the ticker symbol "FFIE". Among them, I stands for Intelligent and Internet, and E stands for Ecosystem and Electric. FF's flagship electric model, the FF 91, is scheduled to launch within 12 months of the merger transaction. Brian Krolicki is a veteran of the private banking sector and an expert in municipal finance. He began his career on Wall Street and worked for high-profile companies such as Smith Barney and Bankers Trust Company. During his 24-year career in public service, Brain won four landslide victories over Nevada's Lieutenant Governor and State Treasury Secretary. During his tenure as Nevada Treasury Secretary, Brian was elected chairman of the U.S. Association of Treasury Secretaries (NAST) and formed the NAST Corporate Governance Committee. He has served as President of the NAST Foundation, which promotes financial knowledge and education across the United States. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT). Brian is currently an independent director on the FF Board of Directors and a board member of Vislink Technologies, Inc. and Nevada Nanotech Systems.

Scott Vogel - is a managing member of Vogel Partners, LLC, a private investment and consulting firm. Prior to joining Vogel Partners, Mr. Scott Vogel was a Managing Director of Davidson Kempner Capital Management from 2002 to 2016, investing in a variety of industries. He has also worked at MPF Investors, LLC and Chase Securities, Inc. He works in the Investment Banking Department. Mr. Vogel also serves on the public boards of Avaya, CBL, Alpha Metallurgical Resources and a number of private companies.
