The fishing that I've been waiting for for months is coming! However, the recent overseas new crown epidemic has made waves, and this time the Delta strain has a short incubation period, a large amount of poison, and a rapid spread, and has appeared in many places inside and outside the province and infected many people. In this special period, in response to the call of the country to fight the new crown epidemic together, but also to protect you and your family, your body is good, and you can catch a lot of fish. We have issued the following initiatives:
First, be a conscientious "ship boss"! Vaccination is the most economical and effective means of defense, and it is necessary to mobilize the brothers of the whole ship to vaccinate against the new crown virus as soon as possible to ensure that "all seeds should be planted". The recruitment of fishermen in the field must do a good job in health management measures as required, the fishing boats going out to sea should be disinfected and killed, and the crew should do a good job of personal protection, and never let the virus have an opportunity. If the crew has symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, weakness, and difficulty breathing, it is necessary to report to the village committee and the ship management station in time to avoid delaying treatment.
Second, we must make the "Fishing Port Pass" APP a good helper! In view of the needs of epidemic prevention and control at sea, please be sure to install the "Fishing Port Pass" (WeChat Mini Program or Mobile Phone Application Mall Search) before opening fishing on August 16, and for the fishing vessels that unconditionally install the "Fishing Port Pass", you must also register by telephone with the local village committee or the fishery department, and report the list of personnel entering and leaving the port in a timely manner 24 hours before going to sea and 12 hours before entering the port in accordance with the regulations. Non-reporting, under-reporting and false reporting will be recalled. We will also provide you with more services to remind you to avoid traveling to high-risk sea areas, avoid contact with foreign ships and people on board at sea, and reduce unnecessary troubles and risks.
Third, be a good law-abiding citizen! Everyone has the responsibility to prevent and control the epidemic, please abide by the local epidemic prevention and control measures and cooperate with nucleic acid testing. Fishing vessels going out to sea are strictly prohibited from shielding, closing, dismantling beidou positioners, AIS and other terminals, and must not berth and engage in illegal fishing activities at sea, prohibit entry into sensitive sea areas, and consciously sign a letter of commitment to accept supervision. In particular, it should be reminded that the use of fishing boats to participate in illegal acts such as smuggling, smuggling, illegal trade, and illegal entry personnel at sea violates national laws to endanger their own safety, and is more likely to cause the spread of the epidemic, will face legal sanctions, and even bear criminal responsibility, remember to calculate health accounts, economic accounts, reputation accounts!
Fourth, be a combatant in the prevention and control of the epidemic at sea! In the near future, the public security, coast guard, customs and other sea-related departments will continue to crack down on smuggling of refined oil, cigarettes, frozen products and other illegal and criminal acts, strengthen the management of ship security, and strictly implement the centralized supervision of imported cold chain food. If you find any clues to various illegal crimes, please report them to the public security organs in a timely manner.
