Hitler had a half-brother named Alois.
In 1910, Alois met a very beautiful woman in The Irish capital Berlin, this woman named Dowling, who later became Alois's first wife, and soon they entered the palace of marriage. In 1911, in order to avoid forced expropriation to Austria, Alois moved his family from London to Liverpool and lived in the apartment at 102 Stanhope Street. Here, Dowling bore Alois a son named William.
Alois was a gambler, and in 1914, Alois abandoned his wife to go to Europe in order to gamble, which caused the otherwise happy family to fall apart, and his wife Dowling had to raise young Williams alone.
Shortly after Alois left, World War I broke out. Due to the chaotic situation and the inconvenience of communication, Alois lost contact with his wife and children. Alois saw that his wife and children could not be contacted, and thought they were all dead, so he stopped contacting. In 1929, Alois finally had news of his wife Dowling and son William, so he wrote to Dowling asking her to send his son William to Germany.
After receiving the letter, Dowling consulted with William for a long time, and finally decided to let William return to Germany to reunite with his father. At this time, when the Nazis were ruling Germany, William, who grew up in England, could not adapt to such a society. So he immigrated to the United States and began to live in the United States.
In 1933, when Hitler came to power as Führer, William decided to return to Germany to profit from the power of his uncle Hitler. After returning to Germany, Hitler arranged for William to work at a credit bank in Berlin, but William did not like the job, so Hitler had to arrange for him to become a car salesman at Opel Motors.
Still dissatisfied with the job, William wrote to his uncle Hitler, claiming that he must be given a satisfactory job, but Hitler ignored him and did not grant him this request.
William joins the U.S. Navy
William was upset and returned to the United States. Not long after, World War II broke out, and after witnessing Nazi atrocities, William decided to join the U.S. Navy and join the ranks of the opposition to the Nazis. In a war with the Germans, he was awarded the Purple Heart medal for his meritorious service.
Some say william joined the U.S. Navy against his uncle because his uncle Hitler didn't give him the benefits he wanted. But the real reason why William joined the U.S. Navy is still difficult to examine in detail. As far as what William later did, it can be judged that he and his uncle Hitler were indeed not the same.
